About the Advertising
I
t's hard to find a website these days without some sort of advertisement. Often the ads move or expand in size as they try to draw your attention hoping you'll click on the link to read more about the advertised product. Sometimes the ads can truly be an annoyance to the reader.

Some sites are more advertising than content. The publisher of the site uses the content and names of other sites to trick the search engines and draw the unsuspecting reader.

The Tucson Gardener has advertising. It's low key, often at the bottom of the page, and the ads are supposed to be related to content on the page so that they might be of some use to the reader. That's the theory, but sometimes the ads have nothing to do with Tucson Gardener content. The Tucson Gardener doesn't endorse any of the advertisers or any product they might sell in their advertisements. Any products described in Tucson Gardener articles are based on personal experience and products are paid for by the Tucson Gardener.

The limited advertising helps pay for the server space and domain registration that's necessary for the existence of The Tucson Gardener Web site.
