Shirt Pocket Useful
It's nice when you can find the right sized tool for the project. Small containers and small plants need small tools and that's what you get with the Rumford Gardener houseplant tools. The set of three tools lets you cultivate the soil in a pot , mix in a little slow release fertilizer, lift seedlings from flats to transplant and loosen the root ball of a plant before transplanting into a larger container.

Small houseplant hand tools are useful for transplanting seedlings and loosening plant roots.

The tools or so small they can be carried in a shirt or back pocket. I keep one set on the greenhouse bench where I use them regularly. I liked the tools so much I bought several sets when I happened to see them on sale thinking they'd make great stocking stuffers or small appreciation gifts to fellow gardeners who share their gardening knowledge.

There are several different manufactures for the small houseplant tools and vary in price from $5 to $12. Search the Web, check your local garden center or browse the garden related catalogs to find the tools.
